Emissions projections

These are estimates (projections) of the expected amount of greenhouse gases emitted every year up to 2040. The EPA prepares the official emissions projections for Ireland. The projections are based on current and planned Government policy, and they help us to see how we are doing in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

You can find the latest projections on https://www.epa.ie/publications/monitoring–assessment/climate-change/air-emissions/irelands-greenhouse-gas-emissions-projections-2020-2040.php
